Snap Inc. is hiring an Epi Engineer for its Spectacles team to develop III–V epitaxy technologies for next-generation devices. The role covers epitaxy operations, process planning, recipe optimization, material growth, characterization, testing, data analysis, quality assurance, cross-functional collaboration, IP development, and cleanroom compliance. Candidates need hands-on MOCVD and epitaxy experience, DOE and experimental design skills, failure analysis and quality management experience, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Ph.D. and mass-production process development experience are preferred. The role follows a default-together policy requiring office attendance four or more days per week.
