Raxium is hiring an Epitaxy Process Engineer to own and scale epitaxy growth processes for microLED technology in a production environment. The role focuses on volume manufacturing, process stability, yield improvement, tool qualification, cycle-time and throughput optimization, statistical process control, and resolution of complex materials and device issues. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 6 years of epitaxial growth experience, with 5 years of technical leadership experience; the position is fully onsite in Fremont, California.
