Description
Pigment is hiring a Customer Success Engineer to work with customers to transform spreadsheets and business problems into sophisticated multi-dimensional planning models. The role involves understanding and documenting requirements, designing and building Pigment applications, training customers, leading UAT and deployment, integrating connectors and APIs, coordinating with product stakeholders, and leading cross-functional projects. The position requires strong systems-building, data-structuring, communication, and entrepreneurial skills, with fluent English and French or additional European languages preferred.
