Description
Pigment is hiring a Success Advisor to work with strategic clients on optimizing the Pigment business planning and performance management platform. The role advises clients on technical topics, partners with Customer Success on client roadmaps, runs and industrializes workspace audits with AI-assisted tooling, develops repeatable AI-augmented success-delivery modules, and collaborates with Product and R&D on platform enhancements. The position requires several years of technical, client-facing experience, strong client credibility, curiosity about AI, and experience leading parallel projects across internal and external stakeholders.
