LayerZero Power Systems LLC. is hiring an Epoxy/Paint Operator for the first shift to prepare, coat, and finish metal components and enclosures used in high-performance power distribution systems. The role involves masking, cleaning, sanding, bead blasting, applying epoxy or paint, operating dispensing and paint-line equipment, inspecting finished parts, following build specifications and safety procedures, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting with setup and process improvements. A high school diploma or GED is required, while technical or trade school is preferred; manufacturing or similar hands-on experience, hand-tool proficiency, and good hand-eye coordination are also required. The position offers starting pay of $22.00 per hour and includes dental, vision, medical, disability, life, retirement, and other benefits.
