Melbourne Water is hiring an EPP Maintenance Program Manager for a two-year fixed-term contract in Melbourne Docklands. Reporting to the Head of Business Transformation & Effectiveness, the role leads the Maintenance workstream of the Enterprise Productivity Program, coordinating initiatives, governance, resources, risks, stakeholders, benefits realisation, and delivery plans across two portfolios. The position requires a tertiary qualification, recognised project or program management credentials, extensive experience leading complex multi-project programs in large operational or asset-intensive organisations, and experience with integrated planning, governance, financial management, risk management, and benefits realisation. Experience in maintenance, engineering, utilities, or asset management is preferred.
