The role handles high-volume tasks, special projects, payment transaction analysis, and escalations, and may be performed remotely within the United States except California. Candidates need at least 18 months of experience in a financial institution, fintech, or technical helpdesk setting, with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree and payments-industry knowledge preferred. The salary range is $38,650–$48,450, with an 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST schedule and a monthly on-call rotation.
