Description
The EPSCoR Finance and Program Coordinator provides administrative leadership, financial oversight, and operational coordination for the CIBER Center at Delaware State University. The role supports EPSCoR financial management, mini-grant and student funding administration, financial reporting, compliance, procurement, vendor payments, scheduling, and program reporting, while coordinating with university finance, sponsored programs, restricted funds accounting, and program leadership. It is a non-tenured professional staff position requiring college-level accounting, finance, or economics coursework, strong bookkeeping and project-management skills, grant-process knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel; the posting also lists a Ph.D. degree and at least two years of transferrable experience in relevant biological, life, environmental, natural-resources, or environmental-chemistry disciplines.
