Kualoa Ranch Hawai‘i is hiring a full-time, on-site Equestrian Operations Manager in Kaneohe, Hawaii. The role leads and develops the Horseback Operations team, oversees daily horseback tours, herd care, tack and barn facilities, trail maintenance, guest safety, emergency response, budgets, procurement, and reporting. Candidates need at least three years of supervisory or management experience, extensive knowledge of equine health, riding instruction, and barn operations, and the ability to ride, guide horses for up to six hours per shift, and perform strenuous outdoor work.
