The Equestrian Program Counselor (on-call) at New Directions in Randolph, NY works in Residential Services to supervise youth in equestrian activities, provide therapeutic support and crisis intervention, document incidents, assist with treatment planning, and support the care, training, and daily operations of horses and barn facilities.
