Description
Provides daily care and monitoring of horses while maintaining equestrian facilities, equipment, barns, and farm grounds. Duties include feeding and watering horses, cleaning stalls and equipment, operating farm machinery, observing horse health, handling mares, repairing fences and gates, and supporting general farm upkeep. The role requires a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education and experience, horse or farm operations knowledge, self-management, organization, communication, physical strength, a valid ability to drive, and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and extended hours during breeding season.
