Description
Equinox is recruiting participants for its hybrid, 10-day Coaching Foundations Program, which includes virtual workshops, discussion boards, practice assessments, and an ISSA-CPT final exam. Participants complete the curriculum onsite at an Equinox location, earn ISSA Certified Personal Trainer credentials, obtain CPR/AED certification, and are hired as Provisional Coaches. After successful completion and passing the final exam, participants are promoted to full-time Coach positions. The role requires fitness and coaching interest, weekday and weekend availability, communication and organizational skills, and a legal right to work in the United States. Pay is $16.08 per hour depending on club location, with medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits available within the first month of employment.
