The Procurement Specialist purchases materials, equipment, merchandise, and supplies; prepares and expedites purchase orders; negotiates costs and terms; evaluates vendors, contracts, bids, and market alternatives; monitors delivery and invoice compliance; supports design and construction projects; and contributes to cost-savings initiatives. The role requires an associate degree in business administration, accounting, or finance and three years of relevant experience, with preferred certifications in materials and resource management or production and inventory management.
