United Rentals is hiring an Equipment Associate to support its Trench Safety branch by assembling, loading, and unloading equipment; preparing customer orders; checking rental equipment; verifying deliveries and returns; greeting customers; and recommending equipment and supplies. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, and strong safety, customer service, teamwork, and communication skills. Forklift experience and trench-safety knowledge are preferred but not required, and the position offers advancement opportunities into the Driver development program.
