Description
The role manages and coordinates construction-site project assets, including equipment, rental and procurement compliance, maintenance, inspections, deliveries, fleet and sanitary services, recycling, and on-site infrastructure. It supervises mechanics, supports project move-on and business-as-usual activities, and coordinates with construction, finance, accounting, and other field teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of asset-management experience with an EPC contractor, ERP knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, logistics and inventory knowledge, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
