Intuitive is hiring a Senior Equipment Engineer to design, develop, validate, troubleshoot, document, and maintain manufacturing equipment for medical devices. The role leads IQ, OQ, and PQ validation activities, supports new product introductions and continuous improvement, manages procurement and commissioning projects, ensures FDA, ISO, and GMP compliance, and mentors junior staff. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, biomedical, or a related engineering field is required; a master’s degree is preferred. The position requires English proficiency at 80%, travel to the United States, and 7–10 years of equipment engineering experience, with a significant portion in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
