Description
Project Kuiper is hiring an Equipment Engineer for its Satellite Hardware Manufacturing Team in Redmond, Washington. The role owns the full lifecycle of integration and test equipment supporting spacecraft manufacturing, including requirements, design, sourcing, integration, qualification, troubleshooting, maintenance, spares planning, and capital investment for production scaling. The engineer will also support second-line escalation, facilities interfaces, and training of equipment technicians. Required qualifications include prototyping and implementation experience, an electrical engineering bachelor's degree or equivalent, experience with rack elevation, wiring, and GD&T diagrams, and experience with PLC and data acquisition systems. The position offers a base salary of $117,300 to $160,000 annually plus sign-on payments and restricted stock units.
