Takeda is hiring a full-time Equipment Engineer in Bray, Ireland, to manage engineering operations and improve the reliability, availability, safety, quality, cost, and performance of manufacturing equipment and assets. The role covers preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance, spare-parts analysis, equipment design and commissioning, shutdown planning, and coaching of lower-level professionals. Candidates should be trade- or degree-qualified in a relevant technical discipline and have experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, Six Sigma, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and statistical process control. The base salary range is €57,800 to €79,420.
