STMicroelectronics is seeking an Automation Engineer to design and implement balanced automation systems that integrate PLCs, robotics, industrial IoT, AI agents, real-time data pipelines, machine monitoring, dashboards, and machine-learning-based predictive maintenance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering, computer science, or a related field, proficiency in Python, Java, or C/C++, strong systems thinking, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
