Description
STMicroelectronics is hiring an Equipment Engineer Shift Leader to lead equipment improvement projects in a semiconductor wafer fab, manage new equipment start-ups and vendor acceptance, establish preventive maintenance and troubleshooting procedures, train maintenance personnel, manage critical spares and consumables, and translate production and engineering needs into maintenance work. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3–5 years of experience with wet equipment, electrical schematic and block-diagram knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, teamwork, Microsoft Office familiarity, and statistical tools such as FMEA and 8D; PLC programming is an added advantage.
