Description
Amazon Logistics is hiring an Equipment Engineering Innovation Engineer to lead the development and delivery of current and next-generation equipment for delivery stations. The role owns equipment testing and validation, innovative design solutions, documentation, program planning, technical expertise for engineering and supplier teams, business proposals, customer needs, process roadmapping, and coordination with software and other cross-functional teams. It requires at least five years of design, innovation, research and development experience, a bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent field, engineering project management experience, and familiarity with business or technical software. The position is based in Nashville, Tennessee, or Bellevue, Washington, with up to 50% regional and worldwide travel.
