Description
The Equipment Operator safely operates loaders and other heavy equipment in a plant environment, including moving and dumping aggregate, performing daily maintenance and safety checks, following supervisor directions, attending safety meetings, and training new employees. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a Class C driver license, English proficiency, and the ability to work outdoors in inclement weather and handle heavy materials; two years of loader operation experience is preferred.
