Description
The Equipment Operator safely operates loaders and other heavy equipment in a plant environment, including moving and dumping aggregate, performing daily maintenance and safety checks, following supervisor directions, attending safety meetings, and training new employees. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a Class C driver license, English proficiency, and the ability to work outdoors in inclement weather and handle loads of 75 pounds or more. At least two years of loader operation experience is preferred.
