Thompson Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, is hiring Equipment Operators in Buckner, Kentucky to work at customer locations in industrial settings such as refineries, petrochemical plants, utilities, and pulp and paper mills. The role involves setting up and assisting with water treatment systems, pipeline hydrostatic testing, vacuum and hydroblasting equipment, chemical cleaning, and related industrial cleaning operations. Operators will also perform equipment maintenance, inspections, loading and unloading, and may direct vacuum technicians or transport equipment and personnel. The position requires heavy equipment operation experience, a high school diploma or GED, a driver’s license, English proficiency, and the ability to work in extreme heat, cold, and hazardous conditions.
