Description
The Equipment Operator will transport merchandise throughout a distribution center, operate powered material-handling equipment such as order pickers, reach trucks, pallet trucks, and counterbalance forklifts, stock received merchandise, and follow safety and operational procedures. The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to operate industrial equipment, in-house equipment certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Previous distribution-center or Internet-fulfillment experience is preferred, and the position involves extended standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
