Lumin8 Transportation Technologies is hiring a full-time Equipment Operator in Glen Burnie, Maryland to operate and maintain specialized heavy equipment used in commercial electrical, traffic signal, highway lighting, and transportation infrastructure projects. The role involves driving equipment to job sites, inspections and preventive maintenance, minor repairs, utility locating and permit compliance, paperwork, communications, and assisting with supervision and training. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of combined groundsman/laborer and equipment operator experience or equivalent construction/electrical experience, a Class A commercial driver's license, required safety and traffic certifications, and the ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather and at heights.
