Lumin8 Transportation Technologies is hiring a full-time Equipment Operator for commercial electrical and transportation infrastructure projects. The role operates and maintains specialized heavy equipment, supports traffic signal and highway lighting construction, performs minor repairs and troubleshooting, follows safety and utility-location requirements, communicates with project stakeholders, and may assist with supervising and training employees. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, eight years of combined relevant construction/electrical and equipment-operator experience, a Texas Class A commercial driver's license, specified safety and traffic-signal certifications, and the ability to work outdoors, at heights, at night, and in all weather conditions.
