The Equipment Operator performs daily distribution activities in an assigned area of a distribution facility, including loading, unloading, picking, order filling, shipping, and receiving. The role requires regular use of a forklift or PIT, safe and productive warehouse operations, basic communication and math skills, physical ability to lift up to 150 pounds, and successful completion of the company's forklift operator licensing program.
