Description
The Equipment Operator performs loading, unloading, and picking of products and materials in a distribution facility, primarily using a forklift or PIT. The role also includes maintaining safety and housekeeping, communicating with supervisors and work groups, contributing to continuous improvement, and working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related experience, warehouse experience, OSHA certification, basic communication and math skills, computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 150 pounds infrequently.
