SanMar is hiring an Equipment Operator for a Sunday-through-Wednesday shift from 8:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. The role operates powered lift equipment, uses radio-frequency scanning to locate products, loads and unloads materials, restocks bins, picks and packs customer orders, and maintains equipment and safety procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of lift operator experience, basic math and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The pay rate is $17.50 plus a $2.00 shift differential, totaling $19.50, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, and paid leave benefits.
