Select Water Solutions is hiring a full-time Equipment Operator for its Solids Management business unit. The role operates heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, road graders, and excavators; performs preventive and routine maintenance; conducts inspections and repairs; maintains equipment inventories; and supports site safety and operational planning. The position requires heavy-equipment certification, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, diesel, hydraulic, pump, and vacuum systems.
