Description
Takco is hiring several full-time Equipment Operators to work onsite in various locations throughout the southeast. The role involves operating heavy civil construction equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, skid steers, backhoes, motor graders, rollers, and haul trucks; performing excavation, trenching, grading, backfilling, material handling, and utility and roadway work; using GPS machine control and grade stakes; maintaining equipment and reporting issues; and coordinating with foremen, crews, and supervisors. The position requires experienced judgment, precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively with field teams.
