HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is hiring an Equipment Operator to safely execute jobs across service lines, represent the company with customers, and operate hydroblasting, vacuum, pumping, cutting, and other industrial equipment. The role includes crew direction, equipment transport, inspections, maintenance, loading and unloading, and compliance with DOT and vehicle policies. Candidates need vocational preparation, English proficiency, a valid driver’s license and CDL Class A or B when driving company vehicles, emergency-equipment knowledge, vacuum-truck experience, and smartphone access for electronic logging.
