DIS-TRAN Steel is hiring an experienced Equipment Operator in Pineville, Louisiana. The role operates forklifts and related material-handling equipment, loads and moves materials, performs basic operator maintenance, inspects equipment, follows safety procedures, and interprets reports and schedules. A forklift operating experience in an industrial manufacturing facility is required, while material-handling, banding, palletizing, truck-loading, and machinery experience are preferred. The position requires on-site training, safe operation demonstration, a clear motor vehicle report, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
