DelDOT is hiring an Equipment Operator I for its Maintenance & Operations South District in Georgetown, Delaware. This entry-level role operates on- and off-road equipment to haul materials, dig, grade, clear, repair roads and grounds, respond to environmental and highway emergencies, and perform preventive maintenance. The position requires a valid driver's license and a Class A or Class B CDL, with the CDL obtainable during the initial 90-day probationary period.
