Description
The Equipment Operator/ Laborer performs highway maintenance duties, including operating trucks, tractors, loaders, sweepers, trenchers, and other maintenance equipment; mowing, snow and ice removal, road repairs, debris cleanup, traffic control, vehicle and equipment maintenance, and customer service. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, CPR certification, previous snow plow experience, highway maintenance knowledge, welding and bucket-truck certification, a valid CDL with air-brake and tanker endorsement, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. It is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
