Description
The role performs intermediate semiskilled construction work operating medium equipment to excavate ground at job sites, including material handling, backfilling, equipment inspections, safe-work-site support, repairs, installations, and manual labor. It requires a high school diploma or GED, moderate construction-equipment experience, a valid driver's license, and obtaining a CDL A within one year of hire. The position works under moderate supervision, may manage a crew when the Senior Crew Coordinator is absent, and requires an on-call rotation with alternating schedules during winter months.
