Sundt is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely operate motor graders and other heavy construction equipment, including backhoes, excavators, dozers, loaders, haul trucks, dump trucks, and water trucks. The role includes preventative maintenance, pre-shift walk-around inspections, crew collaboration, quality and safety compliance, and occasional supervision of subordinates. Candidates need at least three years of industrial or commercial construction equipment experience, the ability to read drawings and specifications, and effective communication skills.
