Cabo Norte Professionals is seeking an Equipment Planning Engineer – Construction Projects to support the Equipment Support & Service team. The role involves assessing equipment needs across construction projects, developing short- and long-term equipment plans, coordinating availability with project stakeholders, identifying purchasing or investment needs, and integrating equipment planning into project schedules using Primavera, MS Project, and LEAN methodologies. The position requires construction-site knowledge, specialized equipment knowledge, planning-tool proficiency, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in equipment planning, logistics, or related construction-sector roles.
