Description
The Equipment Manager will oversee heavy equipment budgets, allocation, scheduling, utilization, mobilization, demobilization, inventory, repairs, inspections, and fleet operations for utility-scale EPC projects. The role supervises mechanics, equipment coordinators, yard personnel, and support staff, coordinates with operations, scheduling, accounting, and vendors, and supports incident investigations. Candidates need 6–8 years of equipment-management experience, heavy-fleet experience, mechanical aptitude, OSHA and DOT knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Vista Viewpoint or similar ERP knowledge is preferred.
