Description
The Equipment Manager will oversee heavy equipment budgets, allocation, scheduling, utilization, mobilization, demobilization, inventory, repairs, inspections, and fleet operations for utility-scale EPC projects. The role supervises mechanics, equipment coordinators, yard personnel, and support staff, coordinates with operations and accounting teams, and supports incident investigations. It requires 6–8 years of equipment-management experience, heavy-fleet and civil or infrastructure experience, knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Vista Viewpoint or similar ERP knowledge is preferred.
