Description
The Equipment Manager will oversee heavy equipment budgets, scheduling, allocation, utilization, inventory, mobilization, repairs, inspections, and fleet operations for utility-scale EPC projects. The role supervises mechanics, equipment coordinators, yard personnel, and support staff, coordinates with operations and accounting teams, and supports incident investigations. It requires 6–8 years of equipment-management experience, heavy-construction-equipment knowledge, OSHA and DOT familiarity, field supervision experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Vista Viewpoint or similar ERP knowledge is preferred.
