Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring an Equipment Support II in Casa Grande, Arizona, on a Monday–Friday morning shift from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role supports drivers, mechanics, and customers with equipment operations, loading, and unloading; prepares equipment for rent; and maintains equipment cleanliness and safety. Candidates should have at least one year of construction equipment operation experience or construction experience, be comfortable working outdoors, have full range of motion and agility, and be able to climb in and out of equipment.
