Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring an Equipment Support II in Concord, North Carolina, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role supports customers in the equipment yard by greeting and assisting customers, staging and moving equipment, securing trailers, instructing customers on safe equipment use, processing rental contracts and receipts, maintaining equipment and work areas, performing inventory, fueling, and making minor repairs. The position requires physical activity, outdoor work, safety compliance, customer service, communication, and the ability to lift up to 90 pounds with assistance. Pay starts at $18 per hour and goes up to $22 per hour depending on experience, with overtime after 40 hours and a quarterly branch performance bonus.
