Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring an Equipment Support II for its Phoenix branch. The role supports drivers, mechanics, and customers with equipment operations, loading, and unloading; prepares equipment for rent; cleans and inspects equipment; and works outdoors in the shop, branch, and yard. The position requires at least one year of construction equipment operation experience or construction experience, physical agility, and a commitment to safety. It offers a Monday–Friday morning shift, paid weekly compensation of $19–$24 per hour, and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
