Petersen is hiring an Equipment Tech Manager in Farr West, Utah to supervise technicians who maintain, repair, and troubleshoot CNC equipment. The role leads technical staff, manages work orders and schedules, supports hiring and training, monitors quality and safety, coordinates with vendors, and provides technical guidance across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and CNC control systems. The position requires 1–5 years of CNC controller experience, 3–5 years of leadership experience managing five or more employees, and 3–5 years of preventive maintenance experience, with a shop-based schedule, potential overtime and travel, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
