Vixxo is hiring a full-time Equipment Technician to independently provide reactive and preventative maintenance for commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems across the Green Bay, Wisconsin territory. The role requires troubleshooting, customer communication, timely service, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety requirements. Candidates need at least one year of equipment-service experience, customer-facing experience, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and smartphone proficiency. Compensation is $23–$28 per hour, with a $1,500 signing bonus, quarterly bonuses, and benefits eligibility beginning in the first 60 days.
