Equitable is hiring an experienced Network Outsourcing & Oversight Manager to oversee outsourced operational support for Financial Professionals serving new and existing business inquiries across variable annuity, fixed annuity, and life insurance. The role manages vendor performance, service-level compliance, regulatory oversight, audit support, risk remediation, process improvements, and escalation resolution. It may be fully remote or hybrid, with a hybrid schedule of 2–3 days on-site per week expected for candidates near Charlotte, North Carolina, or Syracuse, New York. The base salary is $75,000–$80,000, with performance-based increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentives available to eligible employees.
