The TDS US Compliance team is seeking Associate-level candidates to join the Equities Trade Surveillance team. This role involves exercising discretion in managing confidential matters, protecting organizational interests, conducting reporting and analysis, monitoring service/productivity, acquiring expertise, identifying and executing standard practices, adhering to policies/guidelines, keeping abreast of emerging issues/trends, and fostering a culture of risk management. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders like front-office teams and technology/operations, coordinating requests with business partners, preparing stakeholder communications, proactively identifying review matters, participating in team collaboration, gaining knowledge of new trade surveillance modules, staying updated on emerging trends, informing others about project statuses, contributing to team success through assistance/training/coaching, promoting diversity, and acting as a brand ambassador.
