Description
The Equity/Participation Controller will coordinate financial planning and validation for parent and subsidiary companies, manage participation controlling, consolidate financial statements, develop KPIs, analyze financial statements, and support monthly and annual reporting. The role requires a business administration degree or comparable qualification, several years of financial controller or equity/participation controller experience, knowledge of HGB and IFRS, ERP and Excel experience, and German and English proficiency.
